What a great day for Philadelphia sports!

The Phillies won with a walkoff HR from Raul Ibanez, the Flyers beat the Penguins, and the Sixers shocked the Magic with a comeback win.  The Flyers looked great out there today, aside form still getting a ton of penalties.  In game 1 they were overly out played, but in game 2 they were about level with Penguins and in game 3 they just outplayed them.  This is a series if the Flyers can win game 4 and go back to Pittsburgh 2-2.  They just need to stop with the penalties if they went to win this series and do anything in the playoffs.  As for the Sixers, just WOW.  I was shocked with that comeback, when they were down by 18 I thought it was over, but they just cameback and showed everyone the caliber of basketball they can play. Donyell Marshall was just huge of the bench, getting 11 points including three 3 pointers that the Sixers really needed.  I think the Sixers can win this series, they are a much better team now that Thaddeus Young is back in the lineup.  The Magic just don't seem like the like the dominant team they were when Jameer Nelson was playing.

I think the Sixers will win this series in 7, this looks like it could be a very close series or a very bad series, the Sixers played well in the 1st and 4th quarters, and the Magic played well in the 2nd and 3rd quarters.  So it could be a series where the games are close or blow outs, Dwight Howard played great and they still lost.  The Magic just seem banged up out there and a little slower than the Sixers.  The Sixers are young with some nice veterans in the lineup.  I see them as a contender next year when they get Brand back and with all the experience the younger players have gotten from this year and now in the playoffs.
